Established in 2019, Exit Strategy is a Kansas City based management group that owns and operates various establishments and programs within the hospitality industry.

Exit Strategy provides the support and management needed for establishments to operate at their full potential and become successful.
Exit Strategy currently owns two cocktail lounges in Kansas City; Verdigris, The Mercury Room, and Bar Medici. While owned by Manica, The Monarch Bar is managed by Exit Strategy. The sister bars, differing in nature and location, share similar aesthetics and offer the highest level of industry expertise and dining/drinking experience.

Exit Strategy was founded by David Manica, owner of Manica Architecture, and Christian Moscoso, Director of Operations at The Monarch Bar.
